[Help] Which Electra version to use?

Hi, so I’ve been seeing a lot of stuff about different versions of Electra causing people’s devices to go faster or slower and decrease in battery life. Which is the most optimal version to be on to avoid being on a slower device and maintain my batter life for iphone 8?
