Is SUB safe to use? Whos IP gets routed. And what are its actual capabilities.

Since I have not been able to get any of these questions answered directly from the team. Can any beta testers out there please confirm the below on what will work on the Substratum Network based on its current design.

One huge concern I have for the safety of node users is the IP handling.

** From my understanding Sub network will route traffic through nodes thereby masking the originating request IP from the request destination. But which IP will the request destination actually log? Will it simply be the last IP on the node route before it reaches the destination?

Is it in principal the same as TOR Onion Routing? In the past there have been incidences of individuals simply running Tor servers being charged for having illicit material pass through.

How does Substratum mitigate this risk to operators? If the network is simply passing around the IPs of other users of the network governments who wish to attack the network only need to setup honey pot nodes to expose any nodes connected to it.

Also honey pot sites would record IP addresses of innocent nodes making requests on it and implicate those node operators. I believe this is how some TOR users have been charged in the past.
