Bronze/Silver/Gold Scrim Coaching Idea

Seeing the influx of VODs and coaching opportunities here on this subreddit, I feel that lower/average rank players might enjoy the idea of getting critiqued during actual gameplay from higher ranked players. Just having a game or two and having two different coaches (one for each team) to help improve during and post-game would be beneficial for everyone around.

What are your guys and gals' opinions/thoughts on this possible route/teaching tool/opportunity?
