Something about the Marvel movies that I've noticed

I'm been a fan of the MCU since the Avengers. It was the movie that got me into the MCU as well as being the first MCU I ever saw. I absolutely loved it when it was first released but I can never watch it again. This is because when you watch a movie that has a lot of hype built up to it you enjoy every moment of it. However, on subsequent viewings, you pretty much know the climax and what's going to happen. The magic just isn't there anymore and you just wait for the big moments to happen and that's it.

Unfortunately, I think the same thing will happen with Infinity War. I'm going to see it and love it. The Russo brothers did an amazing job with Captain America: Civil War and they will do an amazing job with Infinity War. There's a lot of hype built up to this movie and I hope to be blown away. But after I see it once, I know what's going to happen. The hype won't be there. I'll probably see it a second time depending on how I feel.

This movie will be a major event for Marvel and movies in general. This is the epic conclusion to the third phase of the MCU and it's tying up everything together from Civil War and Avengers: Age of Ultron. But in only a couple years people will see this movie without the hype goggles us fans are viewing it through now. They won't experience the years of buildup and the time spent waiting and will view it as just another movie. Maybe I'm just the only one who thinks this way and feel free to call me out on it but I'm not the type of person to a view a movie multiple times and feel the excitement. I know what's going to happen already. I don't know how to end this and I've been going on for way too long but that's just my mindset with the big "event" Marvel movies.
