Does replaying missions give you the same Tier Points as if you’re playing through the mission the first time?

Just got into the Tier thing. Man, does it keep you on your toes. Was curious if replaying missions like rescuing Nidia Flores gives you tier points, or are they restricted to the first time you play them?
