What the hell is that baby crying?

Just standing at Castle Cainhurst waiting for someone to join my world because I need help with Martyr Logarius. All I can hear is the wind. But every few minutes I can hear a baby cry. What the fuck? That is so creepy it's unbelievable. It's seriously unnerving.

Anyone know what the hell a baby is doing at Cainhurst?
