Started watching WWE fairly recently- am I supposed to prefer almost all of the heels over the faces?

I haven't been watching wrestling for too long, but I've come to realise that I'm always rooting for the heels to win rather than the faces.

I'm not sure what it is, I just find their gimmicks more appealing, rather than feeling a bit generic or boring like some of the faces. Likewise, I enjoy some of the underhanded tactics heels use to get the advantage, or attacking wrestlers after the match.

Some of the 'good guy' promos just cringe me out like Styles, Rollins or Cena talking about 'respect', 'integrity', how thankful they are to get an opportunity, moaning about the heels etc. It just bores me a bit. I'd much rather listen to a cocky promo from the Miz or Kevin Owens, Elias slagging off the crowd, creepy ramblings from Wyatt, or Strowman/Joe shouting about f*cking people up.

Anyone else is the same boat?
