Anyone else have a hard time cleaning?

I know things are bad when my room gets messy. Like you honestly can't use the floor because there's crap everywhere messy. I've been getting berated by a friend lately who's basically been telling me to stop playing a victim and get my shit together. I don't know how to explain that it isn't always easy for me to just get up and clean the house. I'm wondering who else has this problem. What other things do you struggle with?
