Test linux-steam-integration on openSUSE

Hi, I have packaged linux-steam-integration (LSI) which is a distro agnostic tool from Solus-Project (https://github.com/solus-project/linux-steam-integration) to improve steam gaming on Linux.

Feel free to test it and give feedback. I have run a test on Tumbleweed and Dota2 and I get great performance improvement.

After installation just launch lsi-steam instead of steam.
