Have a choice to move across the country. Advice?

I live in Atlanta and go to a very good private school. My dad worked for AT&T for many years but quit this year because they offered a package. He got a new job in Minneapolis. I have a choice to go to a new school in Minneapolis or stay at my current school.

-I am a sophomore this year. -The public schools in Minneapolis are good. -I don't want my parents to be seperated with my dad in Minnesota and my mom here.

I don't know what to do. I have until this Friday to make the decision. Can anyone share similar experiences and/or advice on the topic. It would be greatly appreciated.
