Impossible to win as Republican Spain since last update

Hello, its been 3 day in a row i try to win as republican spain, but with the last update i find it just impossible. I've tried everything, but even with the best microgestion i've ever made, its just impossible to win.

Every battle take 5315641 days to be complete, so its impossible to encircle them (I've even tried to rush to Navarre with 25 divisions, spawned just on the border (north of madrid) but even like that they cannot push furter than 3 steps ahead.

And when the german divisions come, it becomes unplayable. I only get 3 soviet division, which, when they are not afk somewhere near Valencia for no reason, are just unable to win a battle against any german-italian division.

And after some time (around a year in general), even nationalists spanish divisions becomes stronger than mines! On 1v1, impossible to push, and even sometimes in 3v1.

I'd like to have as much tips as possible, because i've tried every strategy on the internet i found (deleting your units, encircling them a zaragoza, taking ceuta, ....) and it doesnt work. Well, in fact, i manage one time to win (dont know how), but at the very end (seville encircled), all my units depoped (no manpower left, even though nationalists had lost 2 times more troops than me).
