Fallout 3 Launcher crashes immediately when launched through Mod Organizer 2

I have recently started modding Fallout 3. Everything seems to work, except that I am getting the AA & AF/ENB glitch with the water. I know how to fix the glitch: disable AA and AF in the launcher. Well, launching the launcher through Mod Organizer 2 doesn't work, so I can't edit my preferences. As soon as I launch the launcher, Mod Organizer locks and the Fallout 3 Launcher starts. Before any buttons show up in the launcher I get the dialogue box saying "Fallout 3 Launcher has stopped working."

Yes, I've tried editing the .ini files and turning off AA and AF there to fix the water glitch, but that doesn't seem to work. Right now I'm more concerned as to why the launcher isn't launching.

A solution to either problem would be great. Thanks in advance.
