Thinking of switching from Apple to Samsung...

I’m due an upgrade, currently have an iPhone 7 and after a year it’s slowing down, animations are jumpy and the battery life is dreadful. I’m looking at changing to a Galaxy S9 as I’m fed up with apple releasing the same phone every year with minor changes. Anyone on here changed from Apple to Samsung? Do you regret it and did you find it easy to migrate? All my music is on Apple Music currently but I understand you can get that on Android now as well? Thanks in advance.
