Would it be stupid to try trading a drag for a drag?

I got the last one in my local shop but it isnt the color I want. It is the blue red yellow mixture resin and my least favorite pattern. There isnt anything wrong with it but my local shop wouldnt let me trade it understandably so as they can't sell it. Edit: I mean in r/ecigclassifieds
