Never go to Meineke

I took my car with 20K miles into Meineke prior too moving out of Seattle. What a mistake! Instead of saving time and money, it was simply a hassle. Following my oil change, I came home to find oil throughout my garage floor!! It took my two hours to clean up this mess - time I didn't have given my move. I contacted the auto center and they did accommodate me to address this given the serious nature of the leak. I was also promised free oil change vouchers given the situation and my first time trying Meineke. I contacted the manager, Justin, to follow up on these vouchers and after a month still never received anything. These guys are incompetent and liars as far as I'm concerned. Don't do it.
