[ACNE] People with acne scarring, what are the products that you swear by to help reduce the appearance of it?

I've finally managed to get the perfect skincare routine meaning that my skin is actually clear for the first time in about 6 years (yay!)

However, this has meant that I have realised the extent to the acne scarring that is left on my face. It's most noticeable on my cheeks and I'm mostly struggling with darker areas where previous spots used to be and an uneven skin tone.
