It’s hard being new.

Hello everyone! I began my internship as a welder and just finished my first month. The thing is poeple at my company aren’t helpful at all. I think they don’t like me and think of me as a threat. Today i asked my coworker how to do a weld and he told me he forgot how to do it. He did the welds friday and today is monday. Poeple at my work make welding some arcane art and are mad at me the boss allowed me doing overtime, which is payd extra. Don’ mean to sound like a small girl, just want to Ask about how was your first months as a professional welder.
