Riding recommendations near Falmouth UK.

Hi guys,

Found myself in Falmouth for the next few months with work and managed to get my bike down here as well. Anyone local who could point me in the direction of some good rides? Mostly looking for XC/trail riding but would be good to sharpen up on jumping etc. Ideally something doable as an after work ride straight out of Falmouth would be great but obviously daylight is the limiting factor at the moment.
