Issues have been had

So this happened a couple of minutes ago on woods and first off apologies for the high pitched voice of incredulity but took me a few seconds to clock what happened. Has anyone encountered this before, I am obviously still in the raid my character still takes damage and I killed a player at the start of the video.

It then goes on i'm making hits that should be kill shots and the player models on my screen are reacting but obviously no damage is being dealt. Verbal confirmation from a team mate that I am moving on their screen, I then also witness him die in real-time before dying to those ever present aimbot scavs...

Posting this in the hope of not being down-voted to oblivion for possibly restating an already well-known problem.
