Looking for pill recommendations- .10/20 pill equivalency that is not too hard on someone who is sensitive to hormones.

Hey everyone! I have not had the best luck with my bc. First, I should tell you that I am only around 100lbs and very sensitive to artificial hormones. I used to be on Lo loestrin, but that caused me to spot the whole month and then never get an actual period. Now I am on Aviane (.10/20) and not spotting at all, but I am getting bad acne around week 2-4 on the pill. I have also noticed EXTREME bloating and fragile mood around my period (something that I am not used to). So, I am looking for recommendations of pills that help acne (please not Yaz... I have tried this and it sucked), don't cause major bloating or mood swings, and don't kill my sex drive. Thank you!
