Signed a new lease in a duplex incorrectly listed as single-family - any issues?

Hello, looking for any directional help. My wife and I recently signed a lease on a please in Greenwood that is a large home subdivided into two units. The house is nice - separate entrances, all of that. However the unit is listed by King County as a single family. This is causing some issues now with Comcast - they can't set up two accounts there.

Are there any other issues that may arise from this? Should I push my landlord to set up a multi-family unit?
