Failed PFA = Ineligible for Mobilization?

Recently I have been tagged for mobilization. I am concerned about the upcoming PFA as I am in fairly bad shape and haven't been able to pass the standards even though I've been working out.

My question is, does failing a PFA mean you're no longer mobilization ready? What if I get put on FEP from failing but pass a mock PRT? This is the last PFA before it's time for mobilization prep.
