[PC][NA] Looking for Ranked team/players for ranked

Looking for either a ranked team that I could play and grow with since I'm terrified of solo queuing, or a couple other players to join my friends and I to do the same.

We've all got comms, discord, and are mature (17, 21, and 23 years old). The other 2 are plat players, I have not yet placed in ranked but I play at roughly the same skill level. I will post my stats and UPlay for those interested.
