Anyone Had To Contact PSA Recently And Got Through?

I've been trying to get a hold of someone at PSA (Palmetto State Armory) and I'm not having any luck. Sent them three e-mails and tried calling them during random times of the day and hang up after sitting 20min on hold. Currently sitting at 7min and they close in 10 minutes.

They were supposed to refund me my money 3 weeks ago.
