What song did Watsky sample "We Can Get Down" by Tribe Called Quest?

Here's the instrumental.

I started listing to TCQ and I instantly recognized this song but I can't remember which song I remember it from and it's driving me crazy.

It's possible it was back in the soundcloud days. Also, if it was on a mixtape it might not show up on whosampled.com

I'm fairly certain it's Two Blue Moons

Thanks! They're similar but I think Tribe was more upbeat.

You may be thinking of Electric Relaxation, which was sampled in A New Kind Of Sexy.
