So Moz & Picko, two of the most-loved modern Dogs, probably the two heart beats of our team now, are out for indefinite stretches (plus Adams, maybe Boyd). This year's already not looking good, thank god we've squeezed coal into diamonds before, otherwise all my hope would be gone.

Get well soon Picko, this is pretty scary.

I hope he isn't done. He is my favourite player.

Not surprised he's got to wrapped in cotton wool. I can't remember the amount of times that he's put his body on the line and ended up in a sickening position. Obviously the repeated knocks have taken their toll. I'll miss his presence on the field but I don't regret him not being there one bit. He's hopefully got more than half his life still ahead of him and I don't think I can stand the thought of him having issues in 10 or 20 years time because he and the club didn't put his health first.

Get well soon Picko.

The more we learn about head trauma and CTE the scarier it is. I think it will change the way contact sports are played eventually. I'm glad they're taking it seriously. Aches and pains in retirement are one thing, destroying your brain for the sport is another.
