[Fates Storyhack] Conquest:GGG Chapter 19 Story Re-write now on Youtube!
The Good Guy Garon storypatch is a story overhaul which seeks to address some of the narrative issues in Conquest, while also providing a new framework for the story.
So far in our story, it has been revealed that King Garon is being slowly consumed by the cruel and malevolent entity Anankos. In a desperate attempt to free the King from this terrible state and restore him to the kind and just Father that he once was, Corrin has a plan. They'll get their Father to sit on the Hoshidan throne, which can restore one to their true form and mind. But it won't be easy! Such an action is tantamount to accepting subjugation, and the Hoshidan Royalty will not simply allow a hostile foreign army to take over their kingdom! To make matters worse, Corrin can't risk telling anyone the truth of their Father's affliction! In one last attempt to avoid further fighting, Corrin arranges a meeting between the two families to share a meal in the neutral land of Izumo. However, things do not go as planned, and an even greater rift between the two kingdoms is formed! What in the world will happen next?
In Chapter 19 we see the aftermath of the failed peace talks, and the hidden weight of Corrin's reckless words which caused things to spiral out of control.

I've always really liked Azura, but in the original game's plot frequently fails to make use of her as well as it's supports do. As such I appreciate the way you expanded on her conversation with Corrin at the end of this chapter; you've given both characters more to work with than the original scene, and done a very good job of expressing the kind of implicit understanding the two of them are supposed to have.
