Glad I never spent £45 on this game
Playing through gamepass and my first experience I spend 45 minutes or so sailing around in the world collect multiple chests, up to 100 resources each. I tab out to check discord tab back in and it says I've lost connection. You get kicked if you tab out the game... fantastic.
Okay let's try again, hour of exploring lots of chests and skulls. Less resources cause it's kind of boring. This time I trade in my chests first and go to buy a new map before I trade in my skulls....
I have been stuck on this screen for 10 minutes so I guess all my progress has been lost again. This game is a joke. I gain no progress at all if I am disconnected or something happens. Even if I have 100 chests collected I gain nothing until I am able to trade them in...
Is there a way to escape this screen or do I have to restart and lose everything again?
Game decided I was afk and kicked me :/ time to restart again.

Yeah there are server issues like every other online only game, it gets better
How is this a server issue? I'm stuck in a piece of UI that I can't exit?
Apparently my friend doesn't have the issue when he alt tabs out of fullscreen as well so I don't know why that is happening. Guess I'll just have to stick to windowed :(
EDIT: Being stuck in a piece of UI should not be server related. Yes, maybe my coins aren't counted or whatever because the packets of data are overwhelming the server. But you should never have an instance where someone is locked in a UI because it can't find what it's looking for. After a certain amount of time it should kick the user out of the interface. Seems like bad coding, more than bad servers.
Bc the server is clocking and is not able to load the content and I mean there has been many server issues yesterday including missing out on gold and losing progress
