Time for my Story
So, here's my story. I've been big my whole life. I distinctly remember weighing 150 pounds in the 5th grade. Throughout high school, my weight was between 200-250 pounds. That was about 20 years ago. After high school, I went up to around 350 pounds. A few years ago, I weighed 450 pounds and was pre-diabetic. I started taking OTC "energy" supplements and lost 30 pounds and stayed there until the beginning of this year. On January 3rd, I weighed 403 pounds. I decided to try keeping my carbs to 50g a day. About a month ago, I decided to try keeping under 20g a day. As of Monday, March 19th, I weighed 353 pounds. Something has changed in me. I see results and I'm excited about keeping with it.
TL:DR Was 450 lbs, went to 403 lbs, started carb tracking and reduction Jan 3rd 2018, now 353 lbs
