Let's have a little thought play. Let us agree that Hitler did indeed save the economy like the Wehraboos claim he did. It means that Hitler managed to find a way finance an absolutely massive rearmanent and extensive social programs. Now I'm not saying anything about the social welfare state, but it's an economical fact that Nordic countries have extremely high tax rates. Because financing a welfare state is tremendously expensive. In short 6 years of power the Nazis build a gigantic war machine of conquest and genocide. Wehrmacht wasn't the most powerful military but it was an existential threat which rolled over a dozen countries. It took a combined effort of the worlds most powerful nations to stop the Nazi war machine.
Hitler did all that in 6 years. Such an economy should be implemented and copied everywhere. Every country should copy such National socialist economy because just think about. Spending over 10% of the GDP on weapons and soldiers with Nordic level social security without going into serious debt and rising standard of living? Sign me up. Post scarcity economy here we come!
Except the Nazis forgot to read the Economics 101 memo Hinderburg gave them. Before 1933 Nazis opposed public works and Autobahns as a Jewish plot to waste public money. I took this from Goebbels himself. Then they did those projects and more anyway. Political opponents were sent to camps and other places to clean up the unemployment statistics. Conscription cleaned the unemployment of young men and women were discouraged to participate in the economy. This didn't mean that they didn't work, but women in Nazi Germany rarely worked in industry. This was because society had to work despite the rearmanent industry which employed mostly men. Then there were laws against the Jews to confiscate their properties and disallow them from working, which lead to empty jobs and someone had to do the work Jews did.
And now we reach my favorite thing. MeFo bills. Rise of the Wehrmact was financed with debt money. To hide it the Nazis came with a brilliant plan. Metallurgische Forschungsgesellschaft was an imaginary corporation which was founded to hide rearmanent expendintures from everyone else. And to make statistics look better. MeFo was a promissory bill but in reality it was legal fraud. It did have a stimulus effect on the economy but it was unhealthy stimulus. It left the German people worse in the long run. Do remember that Nazis took regular kind of government debt also. MeFo was another bookkeeping fraud to to hide fiscal problems.
Standard of living is heavily debated subject. Many were given jobs in rearmanent and in public works. But the Nazi principle of Autarky aka self-sufficiency was bad for the German worker. Length of the working week increased from 43 hours to 49 hours and the unions were banned. Many jobs weren't really productive and the arms industry consumed a lot of resourced which increased the prices in the civilian markets. In some cases the wages actually decreased.
Now the final verdict. In 1945 USA had 120-125% debt compared to GDP. This is after the war where USA had the only working economy. This is a huge number but the mainland was intact. In 1928 Weimar budget was 10 billion marks and expenditure was 12 billion. Unhealthy but sustainable. In 1939 Nazis had revenue of 15 billion and expenditure of approximately 30-35 billion marks. Now this is a disaster in every way. Keep in mind that Nazi Germany GDP was somewhere between 30-31 billion marks. Here comes the final kicker. Nazis had 40 billion marks of debt in 1939. They started the war with same ratio of debt as USA after the greatest war in history.

The leap of reasoning is... weird. The holocaust wasn't some mean to save Germany, it was supposed to exterminate the Jews. Of all things to mention, the World War in general or "Lebensraum Ost" it is weird.

(Merkel's policies can also be considered "expansionist" [controlling Europe via the EU] and "racial" [pushing migrants into Poland so Poland won't be so "disgustingly white"].)

No she didn't. Nobody did as far as I'm aware. The far right in Europe is just obsessed with their warped idea of "white genocide" by means of immigration. They seriously think some evil (probably jewish) world elite wants to eradicate white europeans by sending all the africans and muslims to Europe. The far right in Poland is losing their collective shit, because Merkel wants them to take in a part of the refugees, that came to Europe these past couple of years, or otherwise cutting of EU funds would be considered. In their mind that means, that Merkel wants to forcibly islamize them or something. These people are crazy basicly.
