Vivosmart HR+ logging way too many activity calories
I noticed in My Fitness Pal that my garmin had adjusted for 360 additional activity calories for the last two days. Looked at Garmin Connect and discovered that, despite not exercising at all yet today, the app is recording an extra 360 (395 now!) calories for the day. I haven't even taken more than 3000 steps yet today. The same yesterday, I exercised twice but the calorie count is 360 calories higher than it should be - which it was not showing at 11 PM when I went to bed. I don't understand where it's pulling these extra calories from.
Why's it doing this? Anyone else had this problem? How do I stop it from doing this? I cannot find a way to manually edit out calories the Connect app seems to think I have burned from not doing anything.

So my theory right now is that it's calculating my step calories as activity separate from the exercise activity that those steps were gained during. So if I did '1 mile' during a dance workout, which I just set for cardio, it marks it as 200 calories but then suddenly gives me 105 extra calories under generic activity for the day. Which is about what 1 mile worth of walking would give.
That's double counting exercise! How do I make it stop doing this?
