One Time Is Different Than Two

One time is different than two, Twice is twice too many when blue, I just can’t seem to understand yet, Why am I stuck in this same old net?

Once was enough for me, What will I turn out to be, Everything always feels so far, Why’s this always so bizarre?

Twice is just unjust, It feels like I’m turning to rust, You never really know, Why does everything feel so slow?

Now is different from then, I will change, but when? I hope I really don’t care, Why is life always unfair?
