Did KLab accidentally "unlock" a 4 star Power Shunsui for everyone?

Question

So my "Character Completion" increased by 1 and digging through the album it seems a 4 star Power attribute Shunsui (not a raid drop) has been added and more annoyingly also "seen".

Checking with my friends list who also like to keep "perfect" character completions, there's have also increased by 1 although this isn't exactly hard evidence.

Am i going mental and totally missed an obvious place where it drops or is this a bug?

I also have him maxed although I am missing a Tech Shunsui but I’m sure I missed the event cause I took a small break a while ago.

I’m not liking where this is going xD. In the album at least Klab should add a little info area to a character showing where it could potentially drop.

I double checked, and I have a 5/5 Power Shunsui since 183 days. He drops in a sub story.

He drops in the Zanpakuto Sub-Story in particular.

IIRC OP, theres a handful of 4 stars that are only in medal exchange so maybe thats it?

Could be. I did check out the premium character pool and he wasn’t in there.

Ok, just checked; at least right now, the Medal 4 star Shunsui is Heart so Im probably wrong.
