I also enjoyed the brevity and punchiness of this, the rhythm and flow working perfectly. I'm a fan of proper punctuation, but found (what I would consider as) your absconding from it to aid in the staccato reading and benefitted to the poem well.

I would ask whether you truly mean "carefree and happenstance", of if changing 'and' to 'in' might work better. As it reads, I find this currently very jarring and the meaning obscured.

 ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I know this will ping the automod, I just wanted to say I greatly enjoyed this.

I really like this. I like that it's short and snappy, however I feel like it almost leaves you hanging at the ending. Rhythm gives love a chance, but then what happens next? I also like that the title, Fever, could imply multiple things: "dancing fever", catching a fever from being out in the rain, or possibly fever from being lovesick as a result.

Overall, I really enjoyed this.

Concise yet powerful. A careful use of words that results in a relatable portrayal of a very simple yet infinitely complex emotion that (I believe) everyone has felt as some point. Very good!

I love the youthfulness tone about this poem to capture the moment. Makes me think of having a first date with someone and falling in love with them in one day like a movie.
