I was told that you are suppose to flush your nose and sinus with warm water after a night of coke. Was wondering if anyone else does this? Or do you have a better way to make sure your nose and sinus are clean?

i like to hit saline after any snorted drugs kick in to keep my nose working best
Without washing your sinuses out the coke will just sit in your there and possibly do some damage. This is very clear with bad coke cut with numbing agents like lidocaine. Coke like this becomes very apparently painful after a couple hours and can be felt almost caustically deteriorating ones nose.
Get a saline spray from a drugstore. Use this 20 minutes after you snort anything.
We do it mid session as it pushes all that stuck Charlie down the back of your throat
Usually after snorting anything, I’ll find a bottle cap (beer) and put some water in it and snort that, find it is great for clearly my nose and flushing all of the remaining bits down. I really enjoy it and would highly recommend as it give you that second rush and also allows me to clear my nose as I can only snort up one nostril.
Get saline nasal spray or even better a nasal douche (neti pot).

Distilled water is terrible for your mucus membranes. You need the correct amounts of salts in it. Otherwise osmotic pressure causes damage.
Sterile saline solution is preferable.
I wouldn’t say you are SUPPOSED to, but it is recommended if your have a sensitive nose. i prefer nasal spray instead of water because it cleans your nose better and flushes it all out and sometimes straight up water just hurts.
