EDIT: Of course I didn't put the price in.. OTL It's 30p!

Obviously it says 'May Contain Milk' but that usually is there to cover the manufacturer in the case of the tiniest cross-contamination. It would more likely say 'Not suitable for...' if there was really a chance of there being milk in there. The Sainsbury's Basics dark bar is also vegan by it's ingredient list but it's 20p dearer ;)

Cheers for this! I've always been pretty naffed off Tesco puts milk in theirs, the twats. I much prefer the Aldi stuff for eating - highly recommend the sea salt - but the cheapo bars are great for baking with.

Worth the longer trip to Morrisons to stock up the baking cupboard. Any other goodies you'd suggest there? Was planning on getting some Fry's after someone recommended them to me.

Hmm I don't go to Tesco often but when I do it's to get their cheese! I also really want to try Oomph! Aldi is a long walk for me as well but I'll keep note for that.

I've recently tried the Goody Good Stuff sour gummies and they were very nice and just the right tang, better than haribo. Morrisons' flying saucers are also nice and 3 for £1. I'm not sure if other stores stock this but Morrisons has a Food Heaven's Cafe Soy which is like chilled coffee and it's heavenly(£1.47). Alpro have got their own brand now which is stocked as well but I haven't tried it at £2.47.

Food Heaven also make their own frozen cheesecake which I've tried and was so surprised it actually tastes like cheesecake. I usually lower my expectations a bit for non-dairy alternatives but Food Heaven as a brand obviously know what they're doing.

I can't think of much else of the top of my head and Morrisons have a way to go with catching up with the other supermarkets in getting some cheese out but unfortunately, finding stuff around the store in general is just picking it up and checking for accidentally vegan stuff. I'd love if they could print on their shelf labels a little icon (Ve) for example. They've pledged to started labelling their own-brand products but haven't the info on the shelf edge would be brilliant.

[](Found a site that gives a little idea of some other accidently vegan stuff available there.)

Brand?

Morrisons Savers. It's the budget brand for that supermarket, like Sainsbury's Basics, Asda Smart price or Tesco Value

It's nice too!

Yes! Considering the money I've spent in the past year trying out different vegan chocolate, half of which have been kind of disappointing, this is a relief OTL...

Lidl also has a value range bar that is 30p as well. I think Morrisons tastes better but still!

I was in the UK in Tesco on Tuesday and they were selling off the Free From Easter eggs for about 65p! If you're wanting more of a lighter, sweeter, milk chocolate. They're pretty small sure, but I thought that was a bargain seeing as their BBE date was next February :D
