Employed as a senior engineer, working in the industry for past 6ish years. With a non-traditional degree. Is going back to school for a masters in CS worth it?

More context is needed. What specifically your "non-traditional degree" is, what your professional aspirations are, etc.
Broadly speaking, a masters in CS doesn't open a particularly large set of doors compared to a standard undergraduate CS program. If you current degree is in something totally un-related to your chosen field of work, a masters in a more related field of study might marginally improve your mobility between jobs.
My non trad degree is in computer and networking secruity.
I find myself lacking when it comes to OOD concepts and CS concepts like O complexity
Generally speaking: No
A master's degree unlock very few extra positions in the US. A PhD, on the other hand, makes you hirable for more researchy things like machine learning.
