The Iron Banner ghost should have perks that are relevant to Iron Banner.

Extra tokens, 15% extra XP, chance to drop IB gear post-game. It needs something. Mine rolled with the same perks as the Killtracker Ghost, which is cool, but in terms of utility it's useless.
