twitter.comFew things that stood out to me from what I assume is the first key visual:

Top-middle character: Vibrant, red-purple twintails, black outfit, reminds me of CFW Magic.

Second from the top, left side: Long, blue-silver hair, regal aura, reminds me of Pure Arfoire (at least from the angle).

Blanc: That angle reminds me of the early Blanc portrait. Also, you can see Blanc's sleeve go all the way down; not fading out.

Noire: There's something about her facial expression and body posture that makes her look innocent, like Uni or Nepgear.

A Famitsu telephone interview just confirmed that they're going to bring back the VII Makers such as Nitroplus as DLC characters (free if you had them in VII also!)

I'm already loving the girl in white with the sword and violin as weapons (pretty neat concept actually). Also the lady that look like Pure Arfoire (I think her name is Chrome?) can't just be a coincidence, right?

Watch "Arfoire" be her goddess name instead of "[insert color] Heart."

Combat similar to Valkyrie Profile?! Okay now I'm hyped. A shame the Candidates probably won't present and Nep and company most likely aren't goddesses in this game though.

Is it just me, or do most of the new characters not feel very 'Neptunia' like?
They give off more of a Fairy Fencer F vibe to me.
Same.
Might be because a new company in general was in charge of the works. Even if they don't feel very "Neptunia" this can be a good thing.
TBH from this alone something feels refreshing, maybe it's because of this break and it feeling different.
Tsunako is in charge of the art
That's true but even if you have Tsunako on the team there's bound to be differences when a new company - especially one overseas - is in charge of the project.
