Fair Measure

See, I need the world,
so I gotta make that A,
yet, its only a pill that lets me play.
My pen hits paper, and I realized,
you can't judge a fish
Yet its the fish I envy, because I got judged plenty.
mediocre at best, and the worst part is,
they had me convinced.
Well I know that some things can't be written on paper.
And some kids can't sit in desks.
And some things we haven't found out how to measure just yet
So when I'm told I don't measure up
Is it really a surprise that I look for another test?
