I'm just getting back into the game after a long time, and I thought it would be really cool to own some sort of deck that has fusion, synchro, xyz, pendulum, and link monsters. Can I buy deck like that? I'm not talking about something to put together myself, but any structure decks or starter decks that I can buy.

Unlikely. Most preconstructed decks tend to focus on only one type of Extra Deck summoning for simplicity. Master of Pendulum plays three types, but I think that's the best you'll get. If I were you, I'd put together an Odd-Eyes deck. Prior to MR4, it was the only deck that had a member for each summoning mechanic. Plus, the cards are fairly cheap now due to the release of the Legendary Dragon Decks.
As linked above, DDD can perform all summoning methods. Just throw a few links in like underclock and decode/proxy. That should work well enough.
I'm pretty sure one of the three Legendary Dragons decks was able to do every type of summon available prior to Link monsters becoming a thing
Correct, the dimensional dragon odd-eyes deck has fusion, xyz, synchro, pendulum and even ritual summoning, I recently purchased the decks to get back into the game and because it was on offer lol
D/D/Ds and Odd Eyes can perform all types of extra deck summons (Odd-eyes can also ritual summon, even tough it's not worth it), D/D/Ds have a structure deck and Odd-eyes can be found on the legendary dragons box (just buy 3 of the odd-eyes one online, will be around 50$ total).
Even tough you would have to build it, pendulum decks like Magicians, Zefra (and some not-so competitive ones like metalfoes and Dinomists) can perform all the summoning types
