Party banter bug?

So I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but I just reached Nekataka and recruited the last of the party members (excluding sidekicks) and in all that time not once have I heard any of my party talk to each other when travelling around.

I did have a fun bug when talking to Pallegina just after recruiting her. She compared the gods to children and not 5 seconds after leaving dialogue Xoti completely lost her shit and started yelling at her for her blasphemy.

Happened to me as well, and several people reported it over at Obsidian's forums. It's a bug. :(

odd, that's a big part of enjoying the game for many players. Xoti and Eder have had like two banters, Aloth hasn't said anything. I dropped the furry halfling since I didn't prefer his company, replacing him with a rather generic masseuse-turned-chanter...who also doesn't say anything, but maybe that's intentional for sidekicks.

And now after reloading as soon as I stepped out of the Valian Trading Company HQ Tekehu and Aloth had a banter, then Aloth and Eder after leaving the local tavern. Problem solved I guess?
