[product question] what is "natural fragrance"?
I was looking at a body butter and saw that it has "natural fragrance" as an ingredient. What is that? How is it different from regular fragrance?

Probably essential oils
Synthetic/artificial fragrances are substances that are chemically altered in some way to change their molecular structure, or a chemical that doesn't exist in nature that happens to have an appealing smell. They are not directly of natural (usually botanic) origin, while natural fragrances must be to be classified as such.
Essential oils or some other kind of aromatic botanical (smelly plant). Stay away if you have sensitive skin.
