Chromium pop-up too large for window can't close it

Inexperienced

We are running raspbian and chromium browser for a kiosk on a raspberry pi 3. It auto starts into chromium and allows the user to get to a handful of webpages. The issue we are running into is when users are in outlook 365 and they double click an email the window that opens up is larger than the screen so they are unable to close the pop-up.

Is there a simple fix for this? I have not found anything as of yet with my google searches.

Any help would be great.

alt-click(clicking any where in the window) should let you drag the window to get to the corner, also just alt-f4 should work as well

Plus, there is probably something in the settings that regards pop-ups and which mode they appear in. I think "maximized" should do the trick. If that doesn't work, perhaps you can look at the settings for the Desktop Manager in Raspbian - making sure that every window, or specifically those from Chromium, are always maximized. If I remember correctly, Raspbian uses LXDE on top of Openbox as default. If that's the case, this post might help

This is what I was hoping to find. I'll have to look into it

alt and clicking isn't working for me, alt-f4 does work but they won't like that solution. The people who use this are pretty computer illiterate. Although I'm going to suggest it as its easy and they can put a sign up that nobody will read.
