Ouch, I don't think I've ever seen a 5 element chest I could unlock, there must be so many things in there! I recently unlocked a 4 element chest and it had (I think) 3 relics and 2-3 arcana. 5 elements must have like 5 relics in there or something crazy.

Got my first one of these on floor 7 earlier. I had to bait an enemy over a gap to use my frost dash to open the final lock haha. Floor 1 would be the worst spot for it unless you play with all elements and get a lucky extra card.

It would essentially just be a "do you have chaos" test. Whether or not that's a good thing to put in runs or not is arguable though.
From what I have read a single chaos spell will only count toward one element until another one is used. Ex: cannot spam chaos basic but if alternated between two it should work. Can you please confirm? I only have one chaos spell for now.
a single spell can only trigger one lock.
Although I believe some basics are bugged where the final hit can sometimes count as a separate arcana
