[TOMT][Game]A very old, early-90s computer math game.
I remember this game being on an old color computer- though I was young enough that I don't remember which one it was. The only details I can remember about it is that it was on a 5 1⁄4" floppy and that the screen was in color, but I don't remember how many colors- it could have been CGA for all i knew.
The game was about math. There was a title screen that let you select between addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. I remember the addition and subtraction games were bland and boring, but the multiplication one had you in a race car, and each question you got right gave you more fuel to get farther along in the race. The division game had you solving problems to get more fireworks to put on a better show.
This had to have been early 90's, probably around 91 or 92, easily. I had just gotten into school and I hadn't learned multiplication yet (I was born in 1985), and the race was very fascinating to me- I wanted to go fast! But i didnt know multiplication at the time.
I wish i remembered more about this- like what kind of computer it was- but I don't. It might have been an IBM 5150, but I'm not 100% sure. Oh, another detail- I'm in the US, so it probably wasn't anything like a Spectrum or an Amstrad or anything like that.

Speedway Math?
Nah, it was definitely not that, but that's a great starting point.
The big thing is that it was 4 different events, with the racing being only the multiplication part of it. The racing portion had you answering multiplication problems for fuel for the car, and then after all the questions were over, the car ran the race- if you didn't answer enough, it broke down before the race was over, but if you answered enough, it crossed the finish line.
The division portion had you answering problems and then for each one you answered, it showed fireworks in the sky. I don't remember what the addition and subtraction ones were, but I remember saying that they were boring.
