The island

There is a tiny island

The island can be wonderful but also very scary

The island is surrounded by water

Deep, scary, dark water

No one wants to go into the water because they know they will never come back

But there are some people

Some people that like the water,

They want to go swim to get away from the island

Others aren’t ready to swim so they take boats

Most of the time they come back and live happily

But sometimes they don’t

They let the water take them because they think no one will care if they’re gone
