My Angel

Feedback Received!

My angel, is it really you?

Of you, I have only seen a few,

Every one of you died at what you do,

Like a candle, their life was out blown.

I've seen this a few times,

All of you play the same chimes,

Always speaking the same lines,

Too many of you in my lifetimes.

I don't want you here,

I wish you would hear,

My heart feels like a spear,

Don't come with me, you'll be killed by a musketeer.

In my veins is no blood, but hate,

I don't want to be your teammate,

My appearance is just a devilish bait,

Don't you know all the angels that I ate?

Don't come with me, you are worth too much,

Don't look at me, don't even give me a light touch,

If you go to a cliff I will give you a little nudge,

So, please, don't come with me, you are worth too much.

So, please, I plead you, leave me alone, so I can die,

Please! Go away! I really don't want to watch you cry,

Let me die alone, or kill me, please, I'm just a bad guy,

Or is "You are so great" what you want to imply?
