My girlfriend’s cat paces using the same steps each day

Animals do this
It's one thing to walk on the same path, it's another to take the exact same steps on the same path.
To step in the same place is their nature. Stepping on a spot that's already been tamped down is quieter. In tall grasses as well as on carpet.
I don't think you get what I'm saying. Cats step on the same spots in one pass, but this is many many passes and the steps aren't offset between sets.
I do get what you're saying. I'm saying it's in their nature to be so precise with their footsteps. When they're that precise in general, it makes it easier to be that precise time after time.
I only take the exact steps in snow.
I only take the exact steps in snow.
^my cats do that too, actually. They don't care in the summer but in the winter they make a point to reuse the little pits from before.
Not mine. Those fuckers roam on paths more wild than a half swatted drunk fly
I guess they don't vacuum their carpet or at least not in this area.
“Paces”
Is u/TheGoldenHand dating u/scootermcgavin41 's girl behind his back?
u/scootermcgavin41
Supposed to be u/ShooterMcgavin41
I used to have a dog that patrolled the yard for small rodents to hunt. She was really active and ran a desire path around the entire house.
OCD cat!
VACUUM.
YOUR.
HOUSE.
They always ride single file to hide their numbers.
Title copied from u/ShooterMcgavin41's submission.
Edit: Didn't mean to mislead anyone. I thought cross posting would show that it isn't mine.
Do you have the same girlfriend?
This is the only acceptable reality.
If it's not your post, you could've at least changed the title.
Crossposting is a new feature on reddit. Reddit includes the original OP with context, and I added a separate comment to clarify. I didn't mean to mislead you.
It's called crossposting
No, cross posts reference the OP
reddit has a cross-posting feature. He's probably still working out the kinks
yeah but crossposting gives you the ability to change the post title on the new post.
Regarding your edit; Crossposting does. Just copying the link and posting in another subreddit doesn't. 😊
I would've at the very least put quotes on the title. Or changed it entirely for clarity.
That's a heavy cat
Or a thin, mentally ill kitty on very thick carpet.
Oh the possibilities are endless
