Congrats guys!

I had the same thing happen to me, a childhood friend had the same surgery date as me with the same surgeon, so weird. It's gonna be a good day, I promise :)

Congratulations x2!! That's so awesome.

How is Mosser? I heard he's amazing and I'm seriously considering him. :) Any details would be appreciated!

Hello! Yes!! And thank you thank you!!!! Ah it’s so fantastic. Anyways, I agree with the joined scar! I had a large chest and he said because my chest tissue touched in the middle, he would prefer to conjoin them in the middle to prevent any rippling/sagging middle chest. I don’t mind! I literally just wanted them off 😅 I also asked him to make the line as straight as possible instead of curving it. To me personally, somethings it looks like the outline of an underboob and I didn’t want it. Other times it doesn’t! So I preferred straight and he agreed with me.

Some people also say his office drops the hall on things, but I haven’t had that experience! They’ve been on top of everything, courteous, and kickass. I was also on top of them too though so it helped it to go so so smoothly. At his pre-op, i did paperwork with an office lady and when he came in, we took photos!! I immediately dressed after. He gave me a robe, a card, and my papers for the next day!

Surgery day started at 8am and the actual procedure was at 10am. I went in, did more paperwork and paid the hospital fees, got into a grown, IV started, moreeeee questions and paperwork, and then wheeled in at 9:45am! Woke up coherent and left around 1:30pm! The surgery itself only took about an hour. Dr. Mosser called later to check in. He’s so kind, soft, and really a fabulous surgeon. Highly, HIGHLY recommend! Sorry this was so long i wanted to tell you all the deets!

I had him for top surgery as well. He's really nice, good bedside manner, and I love my chest. One thing that people might not like: My incisions join in the middle, which I'm starting to think he prefers when there's even a hint of lopsidedness in your chest (heard other guys on here say theirs join, and another trans guy I know IRL who also went to him has his incisions joined too). I'm about 14 months post op and my scar has flattened nearly completely

HEY HEY!!! YEAH I GOT THAT ITCH TOO and a hunger that's insatiable lmao. How's your nausea doing; has it eased up a bit yet?

Let's keep in touch! ♥

YES! Insatiable is the perfect way to describe it. What have you been eating? I had some soup, two hard boiled eggs, apple sauce, pineapple, and mashed potatoes!

After walking, blacking out, falling to the ground and throwing up, IM SO MUCH BETTER!! I really needed to throw up to stop the nausea. I drank a lot of 7-Up to help! Crackers have been nice to. Definitely eased up!

YES! We will! We HAVE to 😃

right?? my mother whipped up some awesome, super healthy soups and light meals before we came to SF... for dinner tonight, she made a vegetarian stuffing with like 10 different veggies in it. it. was. dope. 🤘 & we stopped at a big ol' farmstand on our way back and we picked up some fresh fruits&veggies so i've got some tasty snacks a-waitin' for me!

ah, crap, sounds like you've had a rough day! :( i've found that burping helps a ton with the nausea... as such, so does soda lol. my throat's finally feeling better so carbonation isn't kicking my ass anymore!

honestly? despite everything, i'm feeling unreasonably good right now and i wanna go walk around everywherrrre but i know that's a terrible idea LMAO. i'm used to walking 4-5 miles a day to play Pokemon Go and that's a tough habit to break!

I had periareolar with him about a year and a half ago!

This is so cute! If I end up traveling for surgery, he's absolutely my top choice (although the idea of flying post-op doesn't sound like my dream choice if I can help it at all, haha). You're adorable and I love it. Congrats :)
